Local Exchange Coordinators

A Vital Part of the Au Pair Program Experience

Each Local Exchange Coordinator (LEC) is a vital part of the au pair program experience. These dedicated and caring professionals provide year-long program support and assistance to both our au pairs and host families in the communities we serve. As the local face of The International Au Pair Exchange, each LEC is closely connected and knowledgeable about the communities they serve. This local connection uniquely qualifies an LEC to provide quality program support and information that appropriately fits the needs of au pairs and host families in their specific community.

To maintain the highest levels of personal attention and program support, Local Exchange Coordinators live no further than one hour’s drive from an assigned host family’s home and support a maximum of 15 host families and au pairs at any given point.
